A private executive roundtable-workshop for Customer, AI, Digital Transformation, Data, and IT leaders on selecting and prioritizing the AI use cases that matter most. The session will help participants move from broad AI possibilities to a clearer, more practical set of priorities: what to pursue now, what to prepare for next, and what to defer. Limited to 20 enterprise leaders, the format combines peer discussion with a structured working session focused on business value, customer impact, execution readiness, data, workflows, talent, and governance. Participants will leave with sharper priorities, a grounded shortlist of AI use cases, and a more practical path forward.

Most SaaS companies say they are organized for retention and growth, but their structures still over-index on acquisition. As AI shifts revenue toward usage, outcomes, and continuous value delivery, companies need clearer leadership contexts for Acquisition, Delivery, and Growth — with Product, Engineering, Support, and Adoption aligned around customer outcomes.

Enterprise software companies increasingly derive their value after the sale, yet many remain structured around acquisition. As retention, expansion, and customer outcomes become stronger drivers of enterprise value—particularly in the AI era—Acquisition, Delivery, and Growth should be treated as distinct revenue motions with separate leadership contexts and accountability. This framework proposes a model in which CROs lead the revenue system, CCOs lead the customer organization, and Product & Engineering own the adoption and support signals that shape long-term customer value. The goal is not fragmented ownership, but distributed accountability aligned to the outcomes each function is best positioned to influence.
