𝗞𝗻𝗼𝘄𝗹𝗲𝗱𝗴𝗲 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝗻𝗼 𝗹𝗼𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗿 𝗮 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗳𝘂𝗻𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻. 𝗜𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝗱𝗲𝗰𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗶𝗻𝗳𝗿𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲. AI is already influencing decisions inside triage, routing, and workflows. Across recent SuccessLab Roundtable conversations, one conclusion has been consistent: The real constraint in scaling AI is knowledge architecture. Most knowledge environments were built for human interpretation. AI operating inside enterprise workflows requires structured logic and explicit decision boundaries. When knowledge lacks structure, context, or clear limits, the system does not hesitate. It acts. If a system cannot reason safely over your knowledge, it is not operationally ready.
