AI is already influencing decisions inside triage, routing, and workflows.
Across recent SuccessLab Roundtable conversations, one conclusion has been consistent:
The real constraint in scaling AI is knowledge architecture.
Most knowledge environments were built for human interpretation. AI operating inside enterprise workflows requires structured logic and explicit decision boundaries.
When knowledge lacks structure, context, or clear limits, the system does not hesitate. It acts.
If a system cannot reason safely over your knowledge, it is not operationally ready.
The shift underway is not primarily technical. It is operating design.
